Core Privacy Principles

How we safeguard data across every transaction

1. Data Collection & Identity

We collect representative and contractor names, corporate emails, phone numbers, onboarding tax forms (W-4 / W-9), and authentication credentials required for secure platform operations.

2. Shift GPS & Location

With explicit user consent, our mobile app logs shift coordinates in foreground/background to verify doorstep sales check-ins, record sales territories, and maintain field safety.

3. Orders & Document Proof

Customer installation addresses, broadband/fiber package selections, agreement forms, and proof screenshots are encrypted and transmitted directly to carrier provisioning partners.

4. Security & Data Rights

All transmissions are encrypted via TLS 1.3/WSS, records are safeguarded by AES-256 database encryption, and users have guaranteed in-app account deletion rights.

1. Information We Collect

HyperG Media collects information necessary to execute direct sales campaigns, provision telecommunications packages, and manage representative compensation:

  • Identity Information: Representative name, contact email, phone number, onboarding contractor forms (W-4 / W-9), and authentication credentials.
  • Customer Order Details: Customer name, physical installation address, selected ISP broadband & television packages, and signed agreements.
  • Location & GPS Telemetry: Shift coordinates (latitude, longitude, speed, timestamp) collected during active duty to verify doorstep visits and maintain territory routing safety.
  • Camera & Photo Attachments: Proof of installation photos, customer agreement slips, and expense receipts uploaded directly via mobile.

2. How We Use Information

Collected data is processed exclusively for core operational purposes:

  • Order fulfillment with authorized carrier partners (such as Metronet, AT&T, Frontier).
  • Automated calculation of multi-tier commission splits, role overrides, and weekly payroll auditing.
  • Real-time shift route mapping and field sales territory coverage analytics for team managers.
  • Secure customer support ticket management and internal communications.

3. Account Deletion & Data Rights

In strict compliance with Apple App Store Guideline 5.1.1, Google Play User Data Policies, and GDPR/CCPA, users retain full autonomy to delete their accounts:

How to Request Account Deletion

1. Mobile In-App: Open the HyperG mobile app, navigate to your Profile screen, and tap “Delete Account”.

2. Direct Email: Send a deletion request to privacy@hypergmedia.com from your registered corporate email.

Upon verification, your profile, authentication credentials, and personal records will be permanently erased within 30 days.

4. Data Security & Contact Office

We employ TLS 1.3 encryption in transit, AES-256 storage cryptography, and hardware keychains (Apple Keychain / Android Keystore) for session persistence.
